HempWood® Solid Core Panels

HempWood® Solid Core Panels are an engineered, high-performance material designed for commercial casework, custom furniture, and architectural millwork.

Each panel is constructed from a rapidly renewable hemp fiber core bound with a soy-based, formaldehyde-free adhesive. This zero-waste, carbon-negative manufacturing process creates a highly stable, tariff-free panel that machines cleanly, holds fasteners exceptionally well, and improves indoor air quality.

Proudly 100% made in the USA at our factory in Murray, Kentucky.

    Working & finishing
For best results, we recommend reviewing the HempWood® Machining Guide and Finishing Guide before cutting, sanding, or finishing your panels.

    • Machining: use standard woodworking machinery; sharp carbide-tipped blades and bits are recommended.
    • Sanding: progressively sand and finish around 120 grit or finer before applying stain or topcoat.
    • Finishing: oil-based stains and high-quality clear finishes perform best; water-based stains tend to raise the grain and may require additional sanding.
