Lightweight, ready-to-install panels with HempWood® veneer on one face and a stable PureBond® plywood backer.
HempWood® Single Sided Panels are engineered using our patented hemp hardwood technology. Each panel pairs a HempWood® veneer face with FSC-certified PureBond® plywood on the back, creating a lighter-weight panel that is durable, commercial grade, and ultra-low VOC.
These panels are made in the USA from hemp grown within about 100 miles of the factory in Murray, Kentucky. They use a soy-based adhesive with no added formaldehyde.

Working and finishing
For best results, we recommend reviewing the HempWood® Machining Guide and Finishing Guide before cutting, sanding, or finishing your panels.
- Machining: use standard woodworking machinery. Sharp carbide-tipped blades and bits are recommended.
- Sanding: progressively sand and finish around 120 grit or finer before applying stain or topcoat.
- Finishing: oil-based stains and high-quality clear finishes perform best. Water-based stains tend to raise the grain and may require additional sanding.
