Standard sizes

HempWood® veneer on a PureBond® plywood backer. Two standard thicknesses are available, 5/8" and 4/4".

Working and finishing

For best results, we recommend reviewing the HempWood® Machining Guide and Finishing Guide before cutting, sanding, or finishing your panels.

• Machining: use standard woodworking machinery. Sharp carbide-tipped blades and bits are recommended.
  
• Sanding: progressively sand and finish around 120 grit or finer before applying stain or topcoat.
  
• Finishing: oil-based stains and high-quality clear finishes perform best. Water-based stains tend to raise the grain and may require additional sanding.
