For almost a century the United States made industrial hemp illegal until an amendment to the 2014 version of the Farm Bill changed all of that by allowing the growth of industrial hemp by state-run research programs. Since then, an increasing number of states began allowing larger scale industrial hemp facilities to begin operations.
Finally, after an exhaustive search for the right location of our brand new 16,500 Sq. ft. pilot plant, we settled on Murray, Kentucky. The state and local officials have been very supportive of our endeavor. They are looking forward to the economic benefits that the new facility will bring to the area.
